The front desk help was fantastic and went above and beyond to get us another room to our liking When the first room had a bad odor and the TV didn't work Emily was a lifesaver,

The staff member Emily at the front desk provided excellent service, going out of her way to help us find a suitable room. The pool and hot tub area were also enjoyable and offered a nice way to relax during our stay.
The confusing layout with too many stairs made it hard to move around the hotel comfortably.
